Wayne D'Amico, CCIM was appointed the the Partners Advisory Board for 2006-2008. The Partners Advisory Board is responsible for the oversight of the specialty network initiative recently approved by the Board of Directors. D'Amico opened the program, welcoming the participants and reviewing the Partners Program's many benefits to designed to maximize the Partner's profitability from the powerful networking tools which include cutting edge and proprietary member database management to maximize partner's ability to identify key market players for referral and partnering interstate and global transactions.
Ken Riggs of Real Estate Research Corp. moderated a panel of regional industry experts given attendees a dynamic and intriguing perspective on the Macro Economy bringing it home to the local level.
Over 50 professionals from the region and as far as Texas, Branson Missouri, and Florida participated in the exciting programs. Over $100MM in equity was represented along with property opportunities across the nation.
