Debbie Warren brings over 17 years
of commercial real estate experience to Connecticut’s growing commercial
presence on the Shoreline. Before relocating
to Connecticut and launching her own company, Property-Innovations, Debbie was
the Real Estate Manager for a national insurance company in Chicago.
Debbie has extensive experience locating
appropriate commercial space, matching landlords and tenants, and negotiating
leases and purchase and sales agreements.
She has been responsible for project management including tenant
improves, space design and furnishings, and data and telecommunications
infrastructure.
Mrs. Warren is available to
consult with commercial real estate investors and developers on all phases of
projects from site planning through leasing and tenant relationships. Debbie has the experience and
professional training to meet all of your commercial real estate needs.
Mrs. Warren holds a Certified
Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation, is a certified paralegal, and
is a licensed commercial Real Estate Broker in Connecticut.
Mrs. Warren is also a member of
CID (Commercial Investment Division), River Delta BNI (Business Networking International), Community Relations Committee at Midd-Shore Board of Realtors, Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce, and Connecticut Valley Camera Club.
