Dunkin' Plaza 100% Leased
The New Dunkin' Plaza located at 613 Washington Street Middletown is now 100% leased.

The plaza which opened with the grand opening of the Dunkin' Donuts store in October of 2008 is now 100% leased, according to Wayne D'Amico, CCIM,  the exclusive broker for the Meriden based Batista Companies, a premier Dunkin' Franchisee with stores in Middletown, Meriden, Cheshire, Durham and Cromwell Connecticut.

The new stores include Old Glory Music and Entertainment emporium and Pocket Wireless.
