Wayne D'Amico, CCIM has been active in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 20 years and has developed this version of the Mandatory Real Estate CE sessions with the goal to meet the state requirements, but in the context of Commercial real estate transactions for Commercial practitioners.

2010 CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Continuing Education is due on the even-numbered renewal years
to be completed prior to submitting payment for renewal.

Deadlines for Brokers: March 31, 2010
Deadline for Saleperson: May 31, 2010

Complete 12-Hours of Continuing Education courses at an approved school.

The courses shall consist of the following:

3-hours of CT Buyer Agency

3-hours of CT Disclosure, RESPA, and Law Update

6-hours of real estate elective courses

Pass the 40-question Connecticut Continuing Education Examination.
