ESSEX, CT - January 2008 - Wayne D'Amico, CCIM of Property Politics represented Morgan Stanley in the site selection and lease negotiations for its newest Connecticut office located at 16 Saybrook Road, Essex CT.
The five year lease with Corporate Row Associates, LLC for the 3,000 sq. ft. former law office location resulted in a complete renovation of the one and one half story detached office building. The site is located immediately office exit 3 of CT Route 9 is one of the most prominent locations in Essex and offered a unique alternative to the historic Essex Village which poses significant challenges in meeting the demands of modern corporate office requirements.
D'Amico was retained by Morgan Stanley in a joint effort with its Philadelphia CRESA Partners broker, Jeff Zimmerman. Corporate Row Associates, LLC was represented by Rick Weiner of Essex.
