Company Seeking Additional SE CT Holdings

ESSEX, CT, October 24, 2006 – Wayne D’Amico, CCIM, announces that Property Politics has been retained by Case Acquisition Incorporated for land development, management, and acquisition.

Case Acquisition currently has a large property holding in North Stonington, as well as other interests in surrounding communities.

“Case Acquisition wants to increase its presence in the southeastern Connecticut marketplace,” D’Amico said. “The company’s new stockholders have an aggressive agenda for managing present assets and making future acquisitions.”

Zhao Holdings, LLC recently became a major stockholder of Case Acquisition stock.

Mr. JD DeMatteo remains Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Preston J. Walker of Greenwich, Connecticut and Mr. Rodney K. Brandstedter of York, Pennsylvania continue as Corporate Directors. Mr. Jack M. Lynch, CCIM, of Trumbull, Connecticut serves as Board Secretary and Mr. Jon T. Patria of Saddle River, New Jersey represents the stock interests of Zhao Holdings.

“We selected Mr. D’Amico because of his track record in that region,” said Jon Crane, a spokesman for Mr. DeMatteo. “The initial focus of D’Amico’s efforts will be the large North Stonington parcel and providing direction regarding our future acquisitions in southeastern Connecticut.”

Mr. D’Amico and Property Politics will represent Case Acquisition Incorporated’s southeastern Connecticut development plans.
