Mrs. Warren represented Combined Insurance Company in lease negotiations for a 1,295 square foot office space for three years, commencing November 1, 2007.

This was a unique transaction in that the property owner/landlord of Combined Insurance Company’s existing location wanted to buy-out their lease so he could take possession of the space. Mrs. Warren’s efforts resulted in the company moving to another location with lease terms and space improvements equal to their existing location space, with their former landlord subsidizing the difference. She also prepared the final Lease Agreement. The value of the new lease totaled $69,330.96.”  December 21, 2007
