Montville CT. This large tract development is located immediately south
of the Mohegan Sun Resort Casino enjoying Water front on the Thames
River. This private development boasts long term growth opportunities
for the town of Montville CT anticipated since the opening of the 3
Million sf gaming facility in 1996
